Science can become frustrating when a student feels they've missed something somewhere along the way. Sometimes, simply hearing the same explanation again isn't enough.
At Rooted Science Tuition, the focus is on understanding first. If something doesn't make sense, we'll approach it in a different way and build from the foundations until it does.
Students are encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes and say “I don't understand.” They will never be made to feel silly for getting something wrong.
Once that understanding is secure, we can build confidence, develop exam skills and work towards better grades.
